Visitor analytics

FourFold Club records limited technical information when you open a public page. This helps us understand which pages are useful and diagnose problems with the website.

The information may include the page visited, date and time, referring website, device type, operating system, browser, an approximate location, a human/bot/scanner classification, and a shortened IP address such as 81.23.45.xxx. For human visits, a temporary full IP address is sent securely to IPWhoIs only to obtain an approximate city, region and country. FourFold Club does not save the full address.

How long it is kept

Visitor records are automatically deleted after 30 days. They are visible only within the password-protected Admin area.

How it is used

The information is used only to operate and improve FourFold Club. It is not sold, used for advertising, or used to identify visitors by name.

App notifications

If a signed-in member enables notifications, FourFold Club stores the device's encrypted Web Push subscription address and keys so that club alerts can be delivered. These details are not used for advertising or shared with other club members. Notifications can be disabled from the Install page or the device's notification settings.

Your choices

You can ask the club administrator to clear visitor analytics at any time. Because the stored information is shortened and anonymous, it may not always be possible to connect a record to a particular person.
